वाल्मीकि-रामायणम्       vālmīki-rāmāyaṇam - book-4, chapter-11, verse-34

यो हि मत्तं प्रमत्तं वा सुप्तं वा रहितं भृशम् ।
हन्यात् स भ्रूणहा लोके त्वद्विधं मदमोहितम् ॥३४॥
34. yo hi mattaṃ pramattaṃ vā suptaṃ vā rahitaṃ bhṛśam ,
hanyāt sa bhrūṇahā loke tvadvidhaṃ madamohitam.

34. Indeed, whoever kills someone who is intoxicated, heedless, asleep, or utterly defenseless, that person is considered a child-killer (bhrūṇahā) in this world, especially one like you, who is deluded by intoxication.
