अलाभे पुनरेतेषां सम्बन्धेन व्ययेशितुः ।
क्वचिच्छुभानां च दशस्वष्टमेशदशासु च ॥६॥

6. alābhe punareteṣāṃ sambandhena vyayeśituḥ .
kvacicchubhānāṃ ca daśasvaṣṭameśadaśāsu ca.

Furthermore, if these (primary māraka agents) are unavailable, death may occur through association with the lord of the twelfth house. It can also occur sometimes during the planetary periods (daśā) of benefics, and in the periods (daśā) of the eighth house lord.
