बृहत्-पाराशर-होरा-शास्त्रम्       bṛhat-pārāśara-horā-śāstram - chapter-44, verse-45

तस्य स्वोच्चादि संस्थित्या वरमध्याऽधमाः क्रमात् ।
तत्तल्लोकेऽपि सञ्जाता विज्ञेया द्विजसत्तम ॥४५॥
45. tasya svoccādi saṃsthityā varamadhyā'dhamāḥ kramāt .
tattalloke'pi sañjātā vijñeyā dvijasattama.
45. tasya sva-ucca-ādi saṃsthityā vara-madhya-adhamāḥ
kramāt tat-tat-loke api sañjātāḥ vijñeyāḥ dvijasattama
45. According to its own position (such as exaltation, etc.), one should understand, O best among Brahmins (dvijasattama), that individuals born into those respective worlds will be excellent, mediocre, or inferior, in that order.
