मार्कण्डेय-पुराणम्       mārkaṇḍeya-purāṇam - chapter-123, verse-43

अपराधं करिष्यन्ति त्वत्पुत्रस्यानिलाशनाः ।
तन्निमित्तं निवार्योऽसौ प्रसादः क्रियतामिति ॥४३॥
43. aparādhaṃ kariṣyanti tvatputrasyānilāśanāḥ .
tannimittaṃ nivāryo'sau prasādaḥ kriyatāmiti.
43. aparādham kariṣyanti tvatputrasya anilāśanāḥ
tat nimittam nivāryaḥ asau prasādaḥ kriyatām iti
43. The serpents (anilāśanāḥ) will commit offenses against your son. For that reason, that (offense) should be prevented, and thus, let grace (prasāda) be granted.
