मार्कण्डेय-पुराणम्       mārkaṇḍeya-purāṇam - chapter-123, verse-17

ततः कुद्धोऽब्रवीद्वीरो दानवं तं सुदुर्मतिम् ।
जीवन्गच्छ विमुच्यैनामन्यथा न भविष्यसि ॥१७॥
17. tataḥ kuddho'bravīdvīro dānavaṃ taṃ sudurmatim .
jīvangaccha vimucyaināmanyathā na bhaviṣyasi.
17. tataḥ kruddhaḥ abravīt vīraḥ dānavam tam sudurmatim
jīvan gaccha vimucya enām anyathā na bhaviṣyasi
17. Then the enraged hero said to that very evil-minded demon: "Release this woman and go away alive; otherwise, you will cease to exist."
