मार्कण्डेय-पुराणम्       mārkaṇḍeya-purāṇam - chapter-114, verse-49

ततस्तदागतं तत्र खनित्रो यत्र पार्थिवः ।
निरस्तं चाप्यदुष्टस्य तस्य पुण्यचयेन तत् ॥४९॥
49. tatastadāgataṃ tatra khanitro yatra pārthivaḥ .
nirastaṃ cāpyaduṣṭasya tasya puṇyacayena tat.
49. tataḥ tad āgataṃ tatra khanitraḥ yatra pārthivaḥ
| nirastaṃ ca api aduṣṭasya tasya puṇyacayena tat
49. Then that (magic) arrived there, where King Khanitra was present. But that (magic) was repelled by the accumulated merit of that blameless king.
