सर्वाधिपत्यः सर्वेभ्यो भव त्वमखिलेश्वरः ।
यतन्ते च यथाहं ते तेषामपि हि मन्त्रिणः ॥४१॥

41. sarvādhipatyaḥ sarvebhyo bhava tvamakhileśvaraḥ .

You should become the supreme ruler, the lord over all. And indeed, those ministers of theirs also strive, just as I do.
