क्रियते तत्किमर्थं तु भूपैर्मन्त्रिपरिग्रहः ।
भुज्यते सकलं राज्यं मया ते मन्त्रिणा सता ॥३५॥

35. kriyate tatkimarthaṃ tu bhūpairmantriparigrahaḥ .
bhujyate sakalaṃ rājyaṃ mayā te mantriṇā satā.

But why do kings (bhūpa) employ ministers (mantriparigraha)? The entire kingdom (rājya) is administered (bhujyate) by me, your able minister.
