महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-9, chapter-50, verse-42

स गत्वाचष्ट तेभ्यश्च सारस्वतमतिप्रभम् ।
स्वाध्यायममरप्रख्यं कुर्वाणं विजने जने ॥४२॥
42. sa gatvācaṣṭa tebhyaśca sārasvatamatiprabham ,
svādhyāyamamaraprakhyaṁ kurvāṇaṁ vijane jane.

42. And he, having gone, reported to them about Sarasvata, who was exceedingly brilliant and god-like, performing sacred study in a solitary place.
