महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-9, chapter-50, verse-20

मम प्रियकरी चापि सततं प्रियदर्शने ।
तस्मात्सारस्वतः पुत्रो महांस्ते वरवर्णिनि ॥२०॥
20. mama priyakarī cāpi satataṁ priyadarśane ,
tasmātsārasvataḥ putro mahāṁste varavarṇini.
20. mama priyakarī ca api satatam priyadarśane
tasmāt sārasvataḥ putraḥ mahān te varavarṇini
20. priyadarśane varavarṇini tvam mama satatam priyakarī ca
asi api tasmāt mahān sārasvataḥ putraḥ te (bhaviṣyati)
20. O lady delightful to behold (priyadarśane), you are always dear and beneficial to me. Therefore, O beautiful lady (varavarṇini), a great son, Sarasvata, will be born to you.
