ऋषिसंसदि तं दृष्ट्वा सा नदी मुनिसत्तमम् ।
ततः प्रोवाच राजेन्द्र ददती पुत्रमस्य तम् ।
ब्रह्मर्षे तव पुत्रोऽयं त्वद्भक्त्या धारितो मया ॥१२॥

Having seen that best of sages (`munisattama`) in the assembly of sages, that river then spoke, O king, presenting him with his son: 'O brahmarṣi, this son of yours was carried by me due to my devotion (bhakti) to you.'
