महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-9, chapter-50, verse-26

न चोपलेभे भगवाञ्शक्रः प्रहरणं तदा ।
यद्वै तेषां भवेद्योग्यं वधाय विबुधद्विषाम् ॥२६॥
26. na copalebhe bhagavāñśakraḥ praharaṇaṁ tadā ,
yadvai teṣāṁ bhavedyogyaṁ vadhāya vibudhadviṣām.
26. na ca upalebhe bhagavān śakraḥ praharanam tadā
yat vai teṣām bhavet yogyam vadhāya vibudhadviṣām
26. tadā ca bhagavān śakraḥ yat teṣām vibudhadviṣām
vadhāya yogyam bhavet praharanam na vai upalebhe
26. And then, the venerable Indra (Śakra) did not find a weapon that would indeed be suitable for the slaying of the enemies of the gods (Dānavas).
