महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-238, verse-34

विषीदथः किं कौरव्यौ बालिश्यात्प्राकृताविव ।
न शोकः शोचमानस्य विनिवर्तेत कस्यचित् ॥३४॥
34. viṣīdathaḥ kiṁ kauravyau bāliśyātprākṛtāviva ,
na śokaḥ śocamānasya vinivarteta kasyacit.
34. viṣīdathaḥ kim kauravyau bāliśyāt prākṛtau
iva na śokaḥ śocamānasya vinivarteta kasyacit
34. Why are you two Kuru princes (kauravyau) lamenting like foolish, common men? For grief (śoka) does not depart from anyone who laments.
