महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-238, verse-29

उक्तवांश्च नरव्याघ्रो नैतदेवं भविष्यति ।
विदीर्येत्सनगा भूमिर्द्यौश्चापि शकलीभवेत् ।
रविरात्मप्रभां जह्यात्सोमः शीतांशुतां त्यजेत् ॥२९॥
29. uktavāṁśca naravyāghro naitadevaṁ bhaviṣyati ,
vidīryetsanagā bhūmirdyauścāpi śakalībhavet ,
ravirātmaprabhāṁ jahyātsomaḥ śītāṁśutāṁ tyajet.
29. uktavān ca naravyāghraḥ na etat evam
bhaviṣyati vidīryet sanagā bhūmiḥ
dyauḥ ca api śakalī bhavet raviḥ
ātmaprabhām jahyāt somaḥ śītāṃśutām tyajet
29. And the tiger among men (Yudhishthira) declared, "This will not happen. The earth, along with its mountains, may split asunder, and the sky may shatter into pieces. The sun may relinquish its own brilliance (ātmaprabhā), and the moon may abandon its coolness."
