महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-23, verse-33

तत्समासाद्य नगरं सौभं व्यपगतत्विषम् ।
मध्येन पाटयामास क्रकचो दार्विवोच्छ्रितम् ॥३३॥
33. tatsamāsādya nagaraṁ saubhaṁ vyapagatatviṣam ,
madhyena pāṭayāmāsa krakaco dārvivocchritam.
33. tat samāsādya nagaram saubham vyapagatatviṣam
madhyena pāṭayāmāsa krakacaḥ dāru iva ucchritam
33. Having reached that city of Saubha, which was now devoid of splendor, it (Sudarśana) tore it apart through the middle, just as a saw splits a tall piece of wood.
