गच्छ त्वं कितवं गत्वा सभायां पृच्छ सूतज ।
किं नु पूर्वं पराजैषीरात्मानं मां नु भारत ।
एतज्ज्ञात्वा त्वमागच्छ ततो मां नय सूतज ॥७॥

7. draupadyuvāca ,
gaccha tvaṁ kitavaṁ gatvā sabhāyāṁ pṛccha sūtaja ,
kiṁ nu pūrvaṁ parājaiṣīrātmānaṁ māṁ nu bhārata ,
etajjñātvā tvamāgaccha tato māṁ naya sūtaja.

Draupadi said: "You go to the gambler, O son of a charioteer (sūtaja), and ask in the assembly: 'Did you first lose your own self (ātman) or me, O Bhārata?' After learning this, you come back, and then, O son of a charioteer (sūtaja), take me."
