महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-2, chapter-60, verse-4

प्रातिकाम्युवाच ।
युधिष्ठिरे द्यूतमदेन मत्ते दुर्योधनो द्रौपदि त्वामजैषीत् ।
सा प्रपद्य त्वं धृतराष्ट्रस्य वेश्म नयामि त्वां कर्मणे याज्ञसेनि ॥४॥
4. prātikāmyuvāca ,
yudhiṣṭhire dyūtamadena matte; duryodhano draupadi tvāmajaiṣīt ,
sā prapadya tvaṁ dhṛtarāṣṭrasya veśma; nayāmi tvāṁ karmaṇe yājñaseni.

matte duryodhanaḥ draupadi tvām
ajaiṣīt sā prapadya tvam dhṛtarāṣṭrasya

4. Prātikāmī said: "O Draupadī, Duryodhana has won you while Yudhiṣṭhira was intoxicated by the madness of gambling. Therefore, O Yājñasenī, come (prāpya) to Dhṛtarāṣṭra's palace (veśma); I am taking you for service (karma)."
