महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-2, chapter-60, verse-33

धिगस्तु नष्टः खलु भारतानां धर्मस्तथा क्षत्रविदां च वृत्तम् ।
यत्राभ्यतीतां कुरुधर्मवेलां प्रेक्षन्ति सर्वे कुरवः सभायाम् ॥३३॥
33. dhigastu naṣṭaḥ khalu bhāratānāṁ; dharmastathā kṣatravidāṁ ca vṛttam ,
yatrābhyatītāṁ kurudharmavelāṁ; prekṣanti sarve kuravaḥ sabhāyām.
33. dhik astu naṣṭaḥ khalu bhāratānām
dharmaḥ tathā kṣatravidām ca vṛttam
yatra abhyatītām kurudharmavelām
prekṣanti sarve kuravaḥ sabhāyām
33. Shame! The constitution (dharma) of the Bhāratas and the conduct of those who uphold the warrior code are certainly ruined. All the Kurus in the assembly merely watch as the boundary of Kuru constitution (dharma) is being transgressed.
