महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-2, chapter-60, verse-42

द्यूतेऽद्वितीयः शकुनिर्नरेषु कुन्तीसुतस्तेन निसृष्टकामः ।
न मन्यते तां निकृतिं महात्मा तस्मान्न ते प्रश्नमिमं ब्रवीमि ॥४२॥
42. dyūte'dvitīyaḥ śakunirnareṣu; kuntīsutastena nisṛṣṭakāmaḥ ,
na manyate tāṁ nikṛtiṁ mahātmā; tasmānna te praśnamimaṁ bravīmi.
42. dyūte advitīyaḥ śakuniḥ nareṣu
kuntīsutaḥ tena nisṛṣṭakāmaḥ na
manyate tām nikṛtim mahātmā
tasmāt na te praśnam imam bravīmi
42. Shakuni is unequaled among men in dice-play. The son of Kunti (Yudhishthira) had all his desires (kāma) surrendered by him (through Shakuni's actions). Yet, that great-souled one (Yudhishthira) does not consider that act to be deceit. Therefore, I cannot answer this question of yours.
