महाभारतः mahābhārataḥ - book-13, chapter-6, verse-26

कथं चास्य समुत्पत्तिर्यथा दैवं प्रवर्तते ।

26. And what is the origin of this (divine influence), and how does the divine (daivam) function? Indeed, many deceptions are encountered even in the world of the thirty gods.
