महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-13, chapter-6, verse-36

शक्रस्योदस्य चरणं प्रस्थितो जनमेजयः ।
द्विजस्त्रीणां वधं कृत्वा किं दैवेन न वारितः ॥३६॥
36. śakrasyodasya caraṇaṁ prasthito janamejayaḥ ,
dvijastrīṇāṁ vadhaṁ kṛtvā kiṁ daivena na vāritaḥ.
