पाणिग्रहीता चान्यः स्यादत्र नो धर्मसंशयः ।
तन्नश्छिन्धि महाप्राज्ञ त्वं हि वै प्राज्ञसंमतः ।
तत्त्वं जिज्ञासमानानां चक्षुर्भवतु नो भवान् ॥४८॥

48. pāṇigrahītā cānyaḥ syādatra no dharmasaṁśayaḥ ,
tannaśchindhi mahāprājña tvaṁ hi vai prājñasaṁmataḥ ,
tattvaṁ jijñāsamānānāṁ cakṣurbhavatu no bhavān.

48.
And if another man becomes her husband, here lies our doubt concerning natural law (dharma). Therefore, O greatly wise one, resolve this for us, for you are indeed esteemed by the wise. May you become an eye for us who seek the ultimate reality (tattva).
