महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-13, chapter-44, verse-16

प्रजनो हीयते तस्या रतिश्च भरतर्षभ ।
अतोऽन्यथा वर्तमाना भवेद्वाच्या प्रजापतेः ॥१६॥
16. prajano hīyate tasyā ratiśca bharatarṣabha ,
ato'nyathā vartamānā bhavedvācyā prajāpateḥ.

ataḥ anyathā vartamānā bhavet vācyā prajāpateḥ
16. bharatarṣabha tasyāḥ prajanaḥ ca ratiḥ hīyate

16. O best among the Bhāratas, her progeny and sexual pleasure are diminished. Therefore, if she behaves otherwise, she would be censurable by Prajāpati.
