हन्त ते कथयिष्यामि कथामतिमनोरमाम् ।
अस्य विष्णोः पुरा राजन्प्रभावोऽयं मया श्रुतः ॥८॥

8. hanta te kathayiṣyāmi kathāmatimanoramām ,
asya viṣṇoḥ purā rājanprabhāvo'yaṁ mayā śrutaḥ.

8. Well then, O King, I will recount to you an exceedingly captivating narrative. This magnificent power (prabhāva) of Viṣṇu was heard by me long ago.
