महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-12, chapter-253, verse-24

तत्रापातयतां राजञ्शिरस्यण्डानि खेचरौ ।
तान्यबुध्यत तेजस्वी स विप्रः संशितव्रतः ॥२४॥
24. tatrāpātayatāṁ rājañśirasyaṇḍāni khecarau ,
tānyabudhyata tejasvī sa vipraḥ saṁśitavrataḥ.

24. O King, there, the two sky-dwellers laid their eggs on his head. That luminous Brahmin (vipra), firm in his vows, perceived them.
