येऽपि संभिन्नमर्यादा नास्तिका वेदनिन्दकाः ।

33. Even those who have transgressed societal norms, who are atheists, and who revile the Vedas, they too are made to conform to proper living (bhoga) when afflicted by punishment (daṇḍa).
