महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-12, chapter-120, verse-47

संदर्शने सत्पुरुषं जघन्यमपि चोदयेत् ।
आरम्भान्द्विषतां प्राज्ञः सर्वानर्थांस्तु सूदयेत् ॥४७॥
47. saṁdarśane satpuruṣaṁ jaghanyamapi codayet ,
ārambhāndviṣatāṁ prājñaḥ sarvānarthāṁstu sūdayet.

47. In an assembly, a wise person (prājñaḥ) should inspire (codayet) even a noble individual (satpuruṣam) and even a common one (jaghanyam api). And he should thwart (sūdayet) all the undertakings (ārambhān) and aims (arthān) of enemies (dviṣatām).
