महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-12, chapter-104, verse-6

ततो धर्मार्थकामानां कुशलः प्रतिभानवान् ।
राजधर्मविधानज्ञः प्रत्युवाच पुरंदरम् ॥६॥
6. tato dharmārthakāmānāṁ kuśalaḥ pratibhānavān ,
rājadharmavidhānajñaḥ pratyuvāca puraṁdaram.

6. Then, one who was skilled in matters of righteousness (dharma), material prosperity (artha), and desires (kāma), intelligent, and conversant with the principles of royal governance (rājadharma), replied to Purandara.
