महाभारतः mahābhārataḥ - book-12, chapter-104, verse-25

यदैवैकेन शक्येत गुह्यं कर्तुं तदाचरेत् ।
यच्छन्ति सचिवा गुह्यं मिथो विद्रावयन्त्यपि ॥२५॥

25. yadaivaikena śakyeta guhyaṁ kartuṁ tadācaret ,
yacchanti sacivā guhyaṁ mitho vidrāvayantyapi.

25. yada eva ekena śakyeta guhyam kartum tadā ācaret
yacchanti sacivāḥ guhyam mithaḥ vidrāvayanti api

25. When a secret (guhyam) can be kept by one person alone, then one should proceed with it. For ministers tend to reveal a secret (guhyam) among themselves, and indeed, even divulge it.
