भूतानामणुमात्राणामप्यस्माकमिवैषणाः ।
किंत्वल्पास्था वयं विघ्नास्तेषां त्वचलसंनिभाः ॥ ४ ॥

4. Even minute beings have aspirations similar to ours. However, we are of little stability (alpa-āsthā) and transient, while for them, hindrances are as firm as mountains.
