योगवासिष्ठः yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-7, chapter-99, verse-36

चितावाकाश एवाहं देह इत्युपजायते ।
संविदेव ततो देहे नष्टे किं नाम नश्यति ॥ ३६ ॥
