श्रीवसिष्ठ उवाच ।
सर्वाण्येवेह भूतानि स्थावराणि चराणि च ।
आत्मोचितायां सत्तायां विश्रान्तानि स्थितान्यलम् ॥ ३ ॥

3. Śrī Vasiṣṭha said: Indeed, all beings here, both immovable and movable, are completely established and at rest in their own appropriate state of being (sattā).
