यदन्यद्बहुशो भूत्वा पुनर्भवति भूरिशः ।
अभूत्वैव भवत्यन्यः पुनश्च न भवत्यलम् ॥ ७ ॥

One thing, having come into existence repeatedly in many forms, again manifests abundantly. Another thing, without having existed before, simply comes into being and then again completely ceases to exist.
