योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-3, chapter-67, verse-15

अहंममेत्यसद्रूपमेव चेतः प्रपश्यति ।
अदृष्टपरमार्थत्वादाशाविवशसंस्थिति ॥ १५ ॥
ahaṃmametyasadrūpameva cetaḥ prapaśyati ,
adṛṣṭaparamārthatvādāśāvivaśasaṃsthiti 15
15. aham mama iti asadrūpam eva cetaḥ prapaśyati

asadrūpam eva aham mama iti prapaśyati
15. The mind (cetaḥ) perceives only that which has an unreal nature as 'I' and 'mine.' This happens because it has not seen the ultimate reality (paramārtha), and thus it is helplessly conditioned by its desires.
