योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-3, chapter-122, verse-26

चित्ताद्राघव रूढेयं त्रिलोकीललनोदिता ।
त्रिविधेन क्रमेणेह जन्मना जनितभ्रमा ॥ २६ ॥

26. O Rāghava, this firmly rooted, arisen maiden of the three worlds (trilokīlalanoditā) has emerged from the mind (citta). Here, by means of a threefold process of creation (janmanā), she generates delusion (bhrānti).
