संछन्ना माधवे मासि पलाशैरिव पुष्पितैः ॥२४॥

saṃchannā mādhave māsi palāśairiva puṣpitaiḥ.

24. That earth, covered by a flood of blood, shone forth, as if completely concealed by blossoming palāśa flowers in the month of Madhava (spring).
