वाल्मीकि-रामायणम्       vālmīki-rāmāyaṇam - book-2, chapter-110, verse-29

अनपत्येन च स्नेहादङ्कमारोप्य च स्वयम् ।
ममेयं तनयेत्युक्त्वा स्नेहो मयि निपातितः ॥२९॥
29. anapatyena ca snehādaṅkamāropya ca svayam ,
mameyaṃ tanayetyuktvā sneho mayi nipātitaḥ.

iyam tanayā iti uktvā snehaḥ mayi nipātitaḥ
29. अनपत्येन च स्नेहात् स्वयम् अङ्कम् आरोप्य च
"इयम् मम तनया" इति उक्त्वा मयि स्नेहः निपातितः
29. And by the childless (king Janaka), out of affection, he himself placed me on his lap. Saying, 'This is my daughter,' he showered his love upon me.
