महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-7, chapter-10, verse-2

संवर्धता गोपकुले बालेनैव महात्मना ।
विख्यापितं बलं बाह्वोस्त्रिषु लोकेषु संजय ॥२॥
2. saṁvardhatā gopakule bālenaiva mahātmanā ,
vikhyāpitaṁ balaṁ bāhvostriṣu lokeṣu saṁjaya.

vikhyāpitam balam bāhvoḥ triṣu lokeṣu saṃjaya
2. saṃjaya gopakule bālena eva saṃvardhatā

2. O Sañjaya, by that great soul (mahātman), while growing up as a mere child in a cowherd family, the strength of his arms was made renowned throughout the three worlds.
