तोमरं स द्विधा चक्रे क्षुरप्रेणानिलात्मजः ।
पट्टिशं च त्रिभिर्बाणैश्चिच्छेद तिलकाण्डवत् ॥३७॥

37. But he, the son of Anila (anilātmaja) [Bhimasena], cut the spear (tomara) in two with a razor-sharp arrow; and he cut the paṭṭiśa with three arrows as if it were a sesame stalk.
