पीड्यन्ते च प्रजाः सर्वाः सदेवासुरमानवाः ।
सख्यं भवतु ते वृत्र शक्रेण सह नित्यदा ।

19. Moreover, all beings—including gods, asuras, and humans—are being oppressed. O Vṛtra, let there always be friendship between you and Śakra (Indra). Then you will achieve happiness and the eternal realms of Śakra.
