महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-218, verse-47

एवं स्कन्दस्य महिषीं देवसेनां विदुर्बुधाः ।
षष्ठीं यां ब्राह्मणाः प्राहुर्लक्ष्मीमाशां सुखप्रदाम् ।
सिनीवालीं कुहूं चैव सद्वृत्तिमपराजिताम् ॥४७॥
47. evaṁ skandasya mahiṣīṁ devasenāṁ vidurbudhāḥ ,
ṣaṣṭhīṁ yāṁ brāhmaṇāḥ prāhurlakṣmīmāśāṁ sukhapradām ,
sinīvālīṁ kuhūṁ caiva sadvṛttimaparājitām.
47. evam skandasya mahiṣīm devasenām viduḥ
budhāḥ | ṣaṣṭhīm yām brāhmaṇāḥ
prāhuḥ lakṣmīm āśām sukhapradām |
sinīvālīm kuhūm ca eva sadvṛttim aparājitām
47. Thus, wise people know Skanda's chief queen as Devasenā. The brāhmaṇas call her the sixth form of Lakṣmī, who grants desires and bestows happiness, and also Sinīvālī, Kuhū, Sadvṛtti, and Aparājitā.
