महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-203, verse-37

पूर्वरात्रे परे चैव युञ्जानः सततं मनः ।
लघ्वाहारो विशुद्धात्मा पश्यन्नात्मानमात्मनि ॥३७॥
37. pūrvarātre pare caiva yuñjānaḥ satataṁ manaḥ ,
laghvāhāro viśuddhātmā paśyannātmānamātmani.

laghvāhāraḥ viśuddhātmā paśyan ātmānam ātmani
37. Constantly focusing the mind (manas) in both the early and later parts of the night, a person who eats lightly and possesses a purified self (ātman), perceives the Self (ātman) within their own being (ātman).
