पक्वाशयस्त्वधो नाभ्या ऊर्ध्वमामाशयः स्थितः ।
नाभिमध्ये शरीरस्य प्राणाः सर्वे प्रतिष्ठिताः ॥२६॥

26. The receptacle for digested food (pakvāśaya) is situated below the navel, while the stomach (āmāśaya) is located above it. All the vital airs (prāṇa) are established in the middle of the body, at the navel.
