महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-13, chapter-82, verse-28

व्यतिष्ठदेकपादेन परमं योगमास्थिता ।
दश वर्षसहस्राणि दश वर्षशतानि च ॥२८॥
28. vyatiṣṭhadekapādena paramaṁ yogamāsthitā ,
daśa varṣasahasrāṇi daśa varṣaśatāni ca.
