13.
An adulterer does not see this world, nor indeed a slayer of his preceptor, nor one who speaks falsehoods. Also, a Brahmin who is always a slanderer, whose Vedic knowledge is neglected, and a wicked soul who is endowed with other faults (does not see this world).
