महाभारतः mahābhārataḥ - book-12, chapter-92, verse-16

अबलं वै बलाच्छ्रेयो यच्चातिबलवद्बलम् ।
बलस्याबलदग्धस्य न किंचिदवशिष्यते ॥१६॥

16. Indeed, the power of the weak is superior to (ordinary) strength; and even exceedingly great strength (is overcome by it). Nothing at all remains of the strength of one who has been scorched by the weak.
