पूर्वरात्रे तु तत्रासौ भूत्वा ध्यानपरायणः ।
मध्यरात्रे यथान्यायं निद्रामाहारयत्प्रभुः ॥४४॥

44. pūrvarātre tu tatrāsau bhūtvā dhyānaparāyaṇaḥ ,
madhyarātre yathānyāyaṁ nidrāmāhārayatprabhuḥ.

44. In the early part of the night, he remained there, fully absorbed in meditation (dhyāna). Then, in the middle of the night, that lord appropriately took rest through sleep.
