महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-12, chapter-312, verse-1

भीष्म उवाच ।
स मोक्षमनुचिन्त्यैव शुकः पितरमभ्यगात् ।
प्राहाभिवाद्य च गुरुं श्रेयोर्थी विनयान्वितः ॥१॥
1. bhīṣma uvāca ,
sa mokṣamanucintyaiva śukaḥ pitaramabhyagāt ,
prāhābhivādya ca guruṁ śreyorthī vinayānvitaḥ.

abhyagāt pra āha abhivādya ca gurum śreyaḥarthī vinayānvitaḥ

1. Bhishma said: Having thus contemplated liberation (mokṣa), Shuka approached his father and teacher (guru). Humbly, and desirous of the highest good, he saluted him and then spoke.
