महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-12, chapter-261, verse-27

द्वाराणि यस्य सर्वाणि सुगुप्तानि मनीषिणः ।
उपस्थमुदरं बाहू वाक्चतुर्थी स वै द्विजः ॥२७॥
27. dvārāṇi yasya sarvāṇi suguptāni manīṣiṇaḥ ,
upasthamudaraṁ bāhū vākcaturthī sa vai dvijaḥ.

27. That wise (manīṣin) person, all of whose 'doors' (dvāra) are well-guarded – namely, the generative organ (upastha), the stomach, the arms, and speech as the fourth – he indeed is a truly 'twice-born' (dvija) one.
