महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-12, chapter-261, verse-21

सर्वभूतात्मभूतस्य सर्वभूतानि पश्यतः ।
देवापि मार्गे मुह्यन्ति अपदस्य पदैषिणः ॥२१॥
21. sarvabhūtātmabhūtasya sarvabhūtāni paśyataḥ ,
devāpi mārge muhyanti apadasya padaiṣiṇaḥ.

devā api mārge muhyanti apadasya padaiṣiṇaḥ
21. sarvabhūtātmabhūtasya,

21. Even the gods, who are seeking a path, become bewildered on the path of one who has realized their identity as the Self (ātman) of all beings, who perceives all beings, and who is without any fixed abode or specific path (apada).
